  • Wear strips for custom cams and slides.
  • Made of fine-grain C1018 steel with an electroplated-bronze-alloy slide-surface.
  • Optional, oil-impregnated-graphite plugs for continuous self-lubrication. (Graphite plug holes can be drilled out for screw holes.)
  • Can be held by a magnetic chuck for custom machining.
  • Maximum 400° F operating temperature.
  • Maximum 2700 psi load.
  • No charge for saw-cutting to your desired length
  • Maximum length: 96" for FP, 48" for SLFP.

Lamina-Bronze Wear Strip Applications

Note
  • The slide-surface is an electroplated-bronze-alloy of 11% tin and 89% copper.  It is 24-28 Rc.
  • Wear strip length or width can be cut as may be needed. Any graphite plugs being more than half cut away should be removed.
  • Apply a light-weight oil to the self-lube wear strips during final assembly to start the self-lubrication. No lubrication is needed thereafter.
