  • Made of fine-grain C1018 steel with an electroplated-bronze-alloy slide-surface.
  • Long lengths available.
  • Optional, oil-impregnated-graphite plugs for continuous self-lubrication.
  • Pre-drilled and counter-bored screw holes.
  • The longer L-Gibs can be ordered without screw holes.
  • Can be held by a magnetic chuck.
  • Maximum 400° F operating temperature.
  • Maximum 2700 psi load.

  • These gibs have a C1018 steel substrate with an electroplated-bronze-alloy slide-surface consisting of 11% tin and 89% copper.  The slide-surface hardness is 24-28 Rc and can withstand loads up to 2700psi.
