Fax Acknowledgment:  We acknowledge your order by sending a FAX to you which states the items and quantities ordered, the price of each item, and the delivery of your order.  Please use this to check that your order is correct.

Delivery
Delivery All orders receive immediate attention.  Most orders are shipped the same day via UPS ground.  The delivery icon shows the maximum number of business days before an item will be shipped if it is not available for same-day shipment.   Shipping charges and insurance will be added to C.O.D., credit-card, and open account orders.
FOB Point Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Indianapolis, IN or Jeffersontown, KY.  Items may be drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in order to provide the earliest possible delivery.
Freight Damage If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing materials, and items intact.  Please contact our Customer Service Department to initiate a claim and a replacement order.

Payment

Several convenient payment options are available:  MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, check, money-order, C.O.D. and we also extend 30-day credit to qualified institutions and companies.

A Credit-Application form can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department or by submitting a Credit Application Request Form.   To avoid delaying your initial order you may want to include a check or authorization for a C.O.D. shipment.

We are sorry, but we are unable to process C.O.D. orders outside the U.S.

Sales Tax

If your order is shipped to an address in the States of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, or Michigan you may be subjected to a sales tax.   If you have a valid sales tax resale-number, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Sales-Tax-Exemption form.

Return Policy

Clark & Osborne will gladly accept merchandise returns and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.  In order to facilitate your return:

  • Please contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and should be accompanied by the invoice number.
  • Return freight charges must be prepaid.  Sorry, C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
  • Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Please note that items returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge and that special items are not returnable.
  • Some made-to-order items may be returnable for a 15% courtesy credit.
  • Defective items can be returned within 60 days of invoice date.
  • Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box then send your return to point of purchase.

This return policy may be altered for special circumstances.

Dishonored Check Policy

If a check remitted to Clark & Osborne as payment is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay Clark & Osborne $20.00 as a service fee (if the check cannot be redeposited).  In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that Clark & Osborne may use for collection.

International Orders

In addition to the U.S. and its territories, we also accept orders from other countries.  All orders from foreign origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with United States Export Administration Regulations.  Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.  No additional charge will be included for processing.  We cannot accept letters-of-credit, personal checks, or certified personal checks for foreign orders.  A cashier's check in U.S. funds will avoid processing delay; a money order can result in your order being delayed by 2-3 months.

Product Liability

Clark & Osborne's sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 90 days of purchase will be replaced or refunded.  Clark & Osborne gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness.  In no event shall Clark &Osborne's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall Clark & Osborne be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse, (including rust or oxidation), neglect, accident, or modification, or which have been installed or altered and are not capable of being measured and tested.
